Also note: "hound" means a hunting dog. So it should be translated as The Fox and the Hunting Dog and not just The Fox and the Dog. That would be Le Renard et le Chien de chasse in French. But the actual French title is Le Renard et le Chien courant, which means The Fox and the Running Dog.
